South West Recordings is a new record label specifically set up to release one off singles by artists from the South West of England, an area that stretches from Bournemouth in the east to Lands End in the west and Gloucester in the north.
There is a huge range of musical talent in the South West and we are dedicated to help bring them to the attention of the world at large. Our goal is to find new talent from the region and help them join the ranks of internationally famous artists from the South West, such as Muse, Joss Stone, Chris Martin and Seth Lakeman.

SWR has now closed its doors to new artists, but we’re proud of the excellent artists and great partners we’ve worked with and the ideas behind the label. Please feel free to explore this site to find out more about these artists and the philosophy behind the label. However, please do not sign up to the email list as we will no longer send updates.
