Nick Tatham

Nick TathamDorset-based Nick Tatham was the Gold Award Winner for the 2006 South West Sound Search for Unsigned Artists. As well as earning a place on prestigious showcases in Bristol and Dartington during the South West Sound convention, Nick was also offered a contract with South West Recordings. The summer saw Nick at Sawmills Studio (part of his prize) with producer Fraser Smith, recording tracks for his first commercially released single, due for release in August 2007.

The single combines a new version of his winning track “Gift From Heaven” with new track ‘Lost Soul’ and a stunning acoustic version of ‘Different’.

‘Different’ is a song written by Nick about Tourettes Syndrome, a condition that he suffers from, and why he got into performing music in the first place, having found that when he is singing his symptoms disappear.

Nick is also a member of Salisbury-based 40 piece vocal group, En Masse. His story, his singing and his songwriting have already given him a wealth of media attention including appearances on the BBC and Meridian TV, and his early demos have been play listed on his local radio station Spire FM.

With his amazing and unique voice, his song writing prowess, his charming good looks and his warm performances, Nick Tatham is a man to watch.
