The **** Lovers
The **** Lovers (pronounced The Four Star Lovers) are an all-girl four-piece band from Totnes in Devon who play rockpoppunk. The band is Lili on lead vocals, Amy on guitar, Steevie on drums and Jasmine on bass guitar.
All aged between 15 and 18 they are influenced by a wide range of music from Green Day, Blink 182 and The Go Gos to softer more chilled out, fun loving music.
The girls have been honing their talents by playing small and mid sized gigs in the South West and London (including supporting My Life Story at the Astoria), local music festivals and practicing most nights after school. The band formed whilst attending Dartington Plus summer music workshops in 2002 and were discovered playing a showcase at music convention South West Sound in 2004 by producer Paul Reeve (Muse, Razorlight) and the Sawmills Studios production team, who signed them up to a development production deal.
This is a band you should expect to hear more from.
